David Millili

David Millili Chief Executive Officer

David Millili is the chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions, a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors. In his position, he is responsible for the company’s daily operations, technology and shared services as well as the company’s reservation and distribution service line.

Prior to joining Pegasus Solutions, Millili founded and led Open Hospitality to become a recognized industry leader in providing hotel internet marketing services including design, website development and hosting, mobile platforms, online search and marketing.

Millili has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As a former hotel general manager, he has practical experience in all aspects of hotel operations and management. As the GM of two New York Times Square hotels (the Mayfair New York and the Belvedere Hotel), his experiences range from managing pre-opening operations to spearheading budgets in excess of $5 million annually. As co-founder of Timeless Hospitality, Millili was directly responsible for the successful launch of a startup company that generated profits within six months of launch and generated over $20 million in revenues for hotel clients in 2002 and raised $1.5 million in venture capital funds. Timeless Hospitality provided hotels with internet reservations, marketing and management products and was one of the first e-commerce platforms developed for the exclusive purpose of generating web reservations for independent hotels.


Chris Wichers

Chris Wichers Chief Sales Officer

Chris Wichers is the chief sales officer (CSO) of Pegasus Solutions. Wichers heads the company's global sales, client services and sales development functions.

Wichers has more than three decades of on-property and corporate level senior leadership in hotel sales, marketing, front office and technology. In addition to time with Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, he has experience organizing and managing sales teams in North America, Europe-Middle East-Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Wichers established a track record of optimizing organizational effectiveness by garnering and responding to client input. By empowering teams closest to problems, his teams find and implement the best solutions to address client needs. This entrepreneurial approach and direct involvement in customizing client solutions has given him a solid reputation as both a lead hospitality sales executive, and a servant to client satisfaction.

Prior to his role as CSO, Wichers was Executive Vice President of Open Hospitality and independent business unit of Pegasus Solutions, and earlier was COO of Lanyon, a technology services provider to the hospitality sector.


Temple Weiss

Temple Weiss Chief Financial Officer

Temple Weiss is chief financial officer of Pegasus Solutions, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pegasus’ finances and investments.

Weiss has a solid blend of hospitality, finance and development experience. Most recently, Weiss served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of ACE Cash Express, Inc. in Irving, Tex. Prior to that, he was with LQ Management and La Quinta Corporation for more than 10 years. At La Quinta Corporation, he held various finance positions, ultimately serving as vice president, development. With LQ Management, he held the role of executive vice president, development and acquisitions, and later, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Weiss began his career with Bristol Hotels & Resorts in Dallas.

Weiss earned his bachelor’s in business with a concentration in management and international business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He also holds a master’s of hospitality management with a concentration in finance and development from the University of Houston.


Chris Klimko

Chris Klimko Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Chris Klimko serves as senior vice president and general counsel of Pegasus Solutions, a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors.

Klimko’s responsibilities as senior vice president include participation on the executive management team developing strategies and overseeing Pegasus’ operations. As general counsel, Klimko oversees all legal aspects of the company’s operations. Specific areas of involvement include mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, employment law, intellectual property, legal counsel on internal and external communications, litigation management and oversight, creation of and compliance with policies (domestic and international), contracts and other transactional review.

Klimko joined Pegasus in 2001 as associate general counsel, and was promoted in 2003 to senior associate counsel. Before joining Pegasus, Klimko served as general counsel for start-up Go Figure Technology, and before that as regional general counsel for Banc One Corporation. He began his career as an associate with Jenkens & Gilchrist, and later with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.

Klimko holds a bachelor degree in economics from Ohio University, and earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.


Rick Huntley

Rick Huntley Vice President, Human Resources

Rick Huntley serves as vice president, human resources for Pegasus Solutions. Huntley is responsible for global human resources as well as guiding Pegasus as the company continues its global expansion plans.

He has more than three decades of management expertise which combine elements of technology, call center and client services that bridge Pegasus’ organizational lines at all levels. His expert management of multi-site and international settings serves Pegasus employees around the world.

Prior to his role at Pegasus, Huntley was vice president of human resources North America and Global for Intertek’s Oil, Chemical and Agri Division in Houston. He was also a vice president with Williams Companies, and corporate director of human resources with Raytheon in Dallas. Huntley has also held director level positions for other growing companies, including Teledyne Systems Company and Northrop Corporation.

Huntley earned a bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from University of California, Santa Barbara, a master’s in Education from Claremont Graduate School as well as a doctorate in Education from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
