Senior Vice President, Customer Support and Voice Services


Ges Doran serves as senior vice president, customer support and voice services for Pegasus Solutions. He is responsible for ensuring industry-leading, consistent support globally to Pegasus customers across all service lines with his team of more than 200 in seven offices across six countries. Doran leads customer support, voice reservations, data services, new hotel implementations and other operational functions.

During his tenure at Pegasus, which began in 2000, he has introduced automation and efficiencies across the organization to improve customer response times at reduced cost. In addition, Doran also led the implementation of a consistent, global approach to support for Utell® Hotels & Resorts’ member hotels and travel agents, consolidating multiple regional support centers into a multi-lingual contact center to improve quality of service. Prior to joining Pegasus, he held various operational management positions with Hertz Rent a Car.

Doran, who is based in Pegasus’ Croydon, London office, speaks French and Spanish.
